Terms of Service

1. Services

We provide fractional marketing leadership, growth and execution, and fixed-scope marketing services as described on each service page and in your engagement or accepted quote.

Scope, inclusions and exclusions are as stated in your proposal or quote at the time of acceptance.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are indicative until accepted and may expire. Prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated; GST is shown at checkout.

Fixed-scope projects purchased online are paid in full at checkout before work commences. For custom proposals, any deposit or payment schedule will be set out in your quote.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly support and subscriptions renew until cancelled.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your portal, subject to any minimum term stated at purchase.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the access and materials needed to deliver the service.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on or publishing them.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your business data and materials. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates and tooling.

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are licensed to you for your business use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We do not guarantee specific business results.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
