3. Technology & AI

We may use trusted third-party tools, including AI, to summarise responses, draft content and explain recommendations, always with human oversight.

We select providers that do not train on your data by default, and any drafted output is reviewable before use.

4. Data ownership and sharing

Your business data remains yours. It is isolated to your organisation and never sold.

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate (e.g. payment, email, hosting) under appropriate agreements.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your portal or by contacting us.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
